Return conditions
We accept returns within 30 working days of the purchase date.
To proceed with a return, please follow the steps and fill out the following form.
- The product may not be used.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, with the original labels and packaging. If the original packaging is not available, it must be replaced by packaging of similar size and capacity.
- The box must include your full name and order number (Ex. LFK1234).

Free gift items*
In case of return of an order with free gift items, the gift item must also be returned in perfect condition. In case it is not included in the return, its price will be deducted from the total amount to be returned.
Returns from Spain
For spanish national returns we recommend that you send any item for return by courier or certified mail and retain proof of shipment.
UK returns
All our United Kigdom returns are sent to one of our collaborante NGOs accross the channel. We advice to send the return through certified mail and keep a tracking number at all time until refunded.
International returns
For international returns (outside the Iberian Peninsula) we recommend using our prepaid label which includes customs charges Why?:
Any package sent through your own local currier may impact on your refund price as we don't take responsability on the price customs asks us to pay for reciving the package. In this situation we would have to charge the customs price from your refund, which could cost a lowest of 20€.
